How is everything shipped?

Almost all shipments are sent UPS, or FED EX ground. Framed images and original paintings are packed and shipped differently every time. It depends on the size, insurance, and framing. I will be in close contact with you on how everything is being shipped. If you have a question please Email me.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping time is 2 weeks! Originals usually take longer to ship because of their size and packing. I will contact you to discuss the shipping dates further for all original paintings. Once your order has been shipped I will email you the tracking number.

What about damages and returns?

I have never had any customer having their merchandise damaged. If something has been damaged due to shipping this must be reported directly to your shipper (UPS, Fed Ex etc.). Nothing is shipped unless it is in perfect condition! It is always sent insured for the amount of the piece so please send me an email and keep me informed if something like this occurs.

Do you ship out of the U.S.?

We only ship to Canada and within the United States.
